i wondering if anyone has a parts list for a custom turbo setup on a D16A6 engine???
and an est. cost???

 

turbo manifold (ie vx manifold with adapter plate)
charge pipes
intercooler
turbo (what ever you choose)
waste gate
blow of valve
down pipe

and of course fuel management

there is no real set cost but if your gonna go homemade just ebay you parts or buy them off the forums here

i would say about $1000 to $1500

 

add...
oil lines (send/return)
silicon vacuum hoses
charge pipe silicon couplers and clamps
boost controller
cone style air filter
boost gauge

Mainfold - Full Race
Turbo - Garrett T3/T04e 50trim, .48AR
Wastegate - Tial 38mm
Downpipe - 3" stainless custom
Intercooler - JRC 6"
Charge piping - Stainless custom
BOV - Tial
Injectors - 450's
Fuel managment - Uberdata, PLX R500
Boost Gauge - I like Greddy
Traction Bars (full race, jimfab, etc)
1/2 Rad (92-95 civic)
Oil lines - www.fastturbo.com
Gator Stage 2 Axles
22" slicks.
ARP head studs, Cosmetic HG (.043")


You can street tune 7-10psi safely. Add some rods and pistons, and 15psi isnt out of the question!
