cuz ive been told my motor cant handle it due to the design of the valve springs... if you run too much forced induction they can get thrown off rythym and stay open........ so the tech told me to probably get some tri or dual springs...

haha, I'm sure his buddy can't get 15 blowers at that price so calm down fellas.

Jason, run the 6 psi pulley till you can afford all the other goodies for 10 psi. 10psi blower will net you about 200 whp.

ya thats what the guy said...

im seriously thinking getting a $2500 loan from my bank, getting the kit and some goodies....

what all would i need for it to run smooth with the 10psi pulley?

clutch
h22 injectors
walbro pump (what size?)
tri or dual springs (will ITR dual springs fit in sohc?)
vafc (necessary?)

anything else?

do NOT finance your mods

that's a terrible idea, cuz what if your isht gets stolen and then you got a loan to pay ON TOP of it. I'd be pissed

only **** away money you could burn on cars.

well 10 psi on a big vortech blower is pushin some good cfm so you are pushing that d16 pretty hard, and woudl need some good tuning via hondata ems etc. but it could be done but I'd say go for a smaller pulley 8 psi way better can do that all day with just a vafc and injectors and msd btm. DOnt' get a loan to mod your car that's way homo

EDIT:

how dangerous would it be to run the stage 1 (6-8psi) on the motor bone stock??? and get the vafc, piggyback, and injectors a little later...... are any of those NECESSARY for it to run safely??
