Here's another one:
Your torque is only as fat as you engine.
The H22 kills the other options with the torque. Everyone concentrates on the HP numbers. Those are for marketing only, and serve very little use when describing the performance of an engine.
Main reason why I have no use for a B16...

Yes! smoothness of the curve is key! smoothness = quick snappy power

to give you the idea of how torque and horse power are related:

Horse Power = Torque x Engine Speed

something like that...
