If use a dual core OEM rad, i've never had problems.

if you go the OEM route, go OEM, don't get any aftermarket immitation OEM-style rads. I had a friend to cheaped out and got a aftermarket dual core rad, and it still swelled...

he repeated this mistake 3 times.
