1990 Acura integra ls - 4 door/b16/turbo

ENGINE
Turbo kit pieced together and installed by myself last year. Never really drove it since.
Greddy 18g turbo charger (internal wastegate welded shut)
HKS external wastegate
SFP manifold
DSM 1g bov
DSM 450cc fuel injectors
v-afc
PLX m300 wideband
trust fmic
custom piping (bov pipe is pvc but works fine)
2" - 3" exhaust w/ only a high flow cat
Battery re-located to trunk
ACT stage 3 6puck unsprung clucth/race disk and 11lb flywheel
Vacuum manifold

SUSPENSION/WHEELS
Tokiko blue shocks
Eibach sportline springs (1.3" drop)

Reason for selling: I’m moving to BC in a month and will be taking my civic. Sadly I haven’t had any time to work on or more importantly, DRIVE this car in almost 2 years. Between work and travelling this car has spent far too long not being used.


The bad
* Small oil leak coming from where the oil pan goes under the fly wheel cover. It didn’t leak until I put a new oil pan on for the turbo. I think it’s just a matter of removing the oil pan and checking the seal and using some honda sealer stuff on it.
* Car makes ~7lbs of boost. The wastegate is set for 9.7lbs. I’ve never been able to solve this problem. I had it to a couple shops and both said my install was good and they couldn’t find any boost leaks. I have a few theories, the first is that the internal wastegate that was welded shut is leaking and the other is the turbo itself is not working right =( The car still runs fine and is very fast but until this problem is figured out it wont be going any faster.
* The turbo kit was done on a budget. I rigged a couple things up so that they would work but maybe aren’t the most aesthetically pleasing. For example the BOV is jb welded to a piece of pvc piping. Aswell the front bumper is held on my the screws in the whell well and some zip ties. The intercooler is held up by zip ties. The boost gauge and wideband are taped to the steering colume.


If you aren't interested please don't waste my time as I don't have time to waste. I'll be getting a 10 day permit for the car on monday so it'll be available to see then. I'm located in Whitby.
