Up for sale is 1998 Honda Civic DX coupe. Great mechanical condition! Mechanic owned! Very Reliable and Looks Amazing! Private seller- Save on Taxes! Mature owner and family is growing so need to upgrade to bigger car. I would not get rid of this car otherwise.

235,+++kms on body but only 60 thousand on the motor/transmission.
Motor was just replaced with a NEWER japanese motor (ZC D16A6). The clutch is brand new. The transmission shifts very smooth with no noises or grinds. All fluids were flushed and changed during swap (coolant, tranny, oil, clutch, brake)

CAR COMES ETESTED (EMMISSION TESTED) AND CERTIFIED

The body of the car has been converted to 99-00 front end with matching tail lights. The moulding, handle, sideskirts were all paint matched to give it a cleaner and more even look (looks like the higher end SiR model). It has higher model SiR muffler tip (no noises just looks). Tinted windows all around.

- Has energy suspension shifter bushings and dual bend shifter (crisp and not sloppy gear shifter).
- New MOOG premium lower ball joints and tie rods as well as upper control arm with ball joints.
- New wheel bearings in rear and newer front spindles with great condition bearings and calipers
- Brand new break pads and rotors with new shoes and drums in the rear.
- The hand brake has been properly adjusted so it holds proper.
- All mounts have been inspected at time of swap and 1 lower tourque mount was replaced. Motor sits tight and no excessive movements.
- Tokiko Blue gas struts and generic coilovers on all for corners give it a nice ride, not to stiff and not bouncy, handles better than stock. Its only lowered about an inch so nothing drastic and still looks stock.
- New timing belt, waterpump, and tensioner done at time of swap as well.
Has A/C and Powersteering.

Very clean interior with no rips or burns! Car comes with SiR armrest. The floors are solid and there are absolutely NO CABIN LEAKS. There are NO ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS AT ALL.

MP3 CD deck with memory stick inputs as well as ipod connections. Sound system is upgraded to Pioneer front and rear speakers. The car has tweeters(taken from a higher model SiR) with a JBL crossover installed. The car is wired for a sub and amp system.

Car comes with 13" Brand new WINTER TIRES and also comes with 16" summer wheels. Also will throw in AEM COLD AIR INTAKE with a brand new filter and M3 style mirrors and winter mats for the car.

Great commuter, student car, or even project car. Its up to you. This car will never leave you stranded. Its as reliable as can be with the cheapest insurance price, great gas mileage, and private sale to save on taxes. This car was to carry my son around and I would never jeopardise safety, I just need bigger vehicle now.
