A friend of mine is being relocated for work so he has to sell his baby. The car is in my possession already and I'll be handling the sale of it.

Power Steering/Locks/Windows/Mirrors/Sunroof/Antenna, A/C, Tilt Steering, Driver's Lumbar Adjustments, 4-Wheel Disc Brakes, 15" Alloy Wheels (Mesh Style), Leather Seats, AM/FM/CD, Rear Spoiler, Map Lights, ABS, and Cruise Control.

My friend is the original owner and has taken care of the car religiously. Everything has been done at the dealership since new and all of the records will be included with the car.

THE GOOD:
The car has no rust in the 1/4 panels, just a couple of door dings. All the paint is original except the hood which was repainted due to rock chips. Car has never been in any accidents, except for a non-moving incident where the A/C condensor had to be replaced (repairs were all documented). Car currently has Michelin Winter Tires mounted on the stock 15" mesh alloy wheels.

The interior is in near mint condition, with the exception of some wear on the passenger's side seat. There are no leaks, creaks, rips, tears, etc.

Everything's in great working condition, it drives smooth... no issues.

THE BAD:
Broken Passenger Side Door Handle - Someone pulled too hard and the outer portion broke off, the door still opens from inside/outside no problem.
Some rust along the front of the hood and at the front of the roof line.
Power Antenna is stuck half-way - A common Integra problem.
Front bumper has a scuff from a parking lot incident.

Selling the car AS-IS just because my friend is leaving the car with me tomorrow and it won't be insured. The only thing it would need for certification is rear brakes and possibly the door handle.
