FS: 2000 Civic SIR $3000
Up for sale is my 2000 Honda Civic SIR
Car has 24XXXXkms
Still runs but has low compression in cylinder 3 - reason unknown, been told its the head gasket, Engine Check light comes on.
I bought a new car already and well this one is just sitting around, no one except me drives 5 speed lol.
Anyway the body is in amazing shape as is the interior, all original, except the springs and shocks have been replaced with Tien SS-P full coilovers only about 3 months ago. I installed a Vibrant short Ram intake, new plugs, wires, distributor cap etc etc. Brand new starter from master mechanic, only 2 months ago, new battery from NAPA 3 months ago.
Comes with a VIPER alarm and starter installed at future shop, only alarm starter combo that works well with manual cars IMO. Also comes with a JVC DVD deck bought from best buy comes with 2 year service plan.
Tires: you get winters and all seasons, all seasons still have 70-80% and winters still have 70%.
The Tranny is like butter, and I mean butter wow, i did a flush with ams oil synthetic tranny fluid and wow is all I can say.
For those of you that know cars, you could take the motor out and do a rebuild but I am sure their are a lot of you guys that could drop a nice B18C1 or B18C5 in this car, the great thing is the body has held up very very well, so with the right motor inside it will look great and drive great.
Im looking to get $3000 as is.
