Splitfire Performance is in Brampton on Rutherford and they specialize in Hondas.

If you want people you can trust and won't take your money and give you **** power in return, check out Honda & Acura ECU Tuning & Chipping

Zeeman/Andrew has a wicked reputation in the honda community. Combine his knowledge and experience with boosted honda's and my mechanical knowledge you can't loose.

We're located in east Oakville though.

Bbarbulo- yeah I was gonna say, haven't seen you on here in a long while.
OP unless your car is in mint condition I mean body wise, Imo it would be cheaper/easier to just get another civic which is manual. A stock d15b would be alright if it was manual compared to auto.
For turbo, if you want quality parts expect to spend anywhere from 2000-3500$. If you cheap out here and there you can put together a kit that will be reliable for about 800-1500$ depending if you get lucky. Then install will run you another 1000-1500$ and tune anywhere from 300-500$.
If you can install the turbo yourself you save a lot of money but I would assume that this would be too big of a project for yourself to take up.
Other than turbo, you could get a b series swap. Even a stock ls is nice compared to a d series. And a full swap ls goes for about 800-900$ plus labour to install.
Something to remember: cheap/fast/reliable don't go together. Choose 2

Bbarbulo haha don't worry your help for suspension helped a lot.
Also OP I hear tcc stickers add more hp that regular ones. I believe anywhere from 15-25whp depending if you have an intake.
Haha jkin

Stay away from splitfire, they are a bunch butchers. Chris and Andrew have told me about a couple of cars that they had to "fix" because splitfire worked on them.

john papi, It sounds like you are unsure of exactly what you want.

Your want more power, but your car is a d15 auto and to mod what you have is probably not worth it.

Might I suggest you give it some good thought and figure out exactly what your goals are for the car, then we can help you determine the best way to go about it and ball-park how much it will cost. Do a lot of research and read up on what other people have done and their experiences.

You could do a manual conversion, or buy another civic with a manual tranny and do a swap or turbo. Those are basically your options.

Depending on how much power you want will determine how much it will cost.

I've built several turbo'd cars over the years...hear my warning: Do not cheap out on anything! Especially when going the route of turbo. The only place you can save money on any modifications is in labour costs. Learn to do as much of the work as you can.

auto?!?!?!

performance and automatic hondas don't go together.

Converting to 5spd can be expensive if you have to pay for labour and would be quite the feat for a novice or weekend mechanic (not saying it can't be done, but its not fun IMO).

I'd recommend getting your normal bolt-ons. They'll slightly increase power and will make your car sound much better without breaking the bank.

Bang for buck IMO is turbo, but the auto tranny will definately be an issue here as there is little aftermarket support for auto honda trannys.
