ok i just changed my 2000 civic cluster bulbs from that ugly white/yellow to superwhite with the tint of blue....looks amazing but 1 question...i had the regular 7.5 fuse for the instrument lights...and i burnt 3 trying them...so i went ahead and put a 15 fuse....and it hasent burnt since....is it bad 2 have changed the fuse from 7.5 to a 15? or is it fine? im guessing the fuse couldnt handle the power of the new bulbs....

and also.....i wanted 2 know if anybody has ever taken out the centre consol and changed the bulbs on there..i dont know how 2 take it out....i wanna change the bulbs on the climate control/centre consol.....does anybody have al ink showing how 2...and what bulbs are used....let me know thanx......

 

once you get the panel with the cigarette lighter (you may have to take off the panel under the steering wheel with the fuse panel on it and the glove box out/down to get it off), look underneath and there are four bolts, take those out and the climate control should slide out enough to get your hand in the back and unplug the three connections for the climate control. Once you get those off, pull it out some more and unplug the radio connections and that's it..
