witten by MENZ.com about stolen cars in to....alittle in way they are looking

She pointed out that the rise in popularity of street racing may prompt thieves to steal faster cars more often than slower, luxury sedans and SUVs. She also noted that the Integra might be targeted for its parts, including its fast engine that can be fitted into a number of other makes and models by Honda.

The second most stolen vehicle is the 2002 BMW Roadster, followed by another appearance of the Acura Integra– this time it’s the 1998 model.

It’s not even the brand new cars that are stolen the most often. The average age of a stolen vehicle is 6.6 years, with 1997 being the most common model year when it comes to theft, followed by 1996, 1999, 1995, and 1998. Acuras were the most sought-after brand by thieves, followed by the Hummer, Land Rover, Daewoo, and Honda.

Hmm the statistics dont really suprise me, 7 years ago most Honda's and Acura's did not have factory immobilizers. Now most of them come with them.
