EG door panles.. Any one have TIPS on how to cut a hole in them for tweekers?

hi i have a eg and my door panles dont have a hole for the tweekers... Could any one please give me some tips on how to do this be for i start cuting away.....

what tools to use and what not....?

hole saw and knife

trace the tweeker on the vinyle, and cut out the vinyl very carefully, then cut the plastic with a hole saw, taking note not to catch the vinyl and pull
