Ek hatch armrest braket

Ek hatch armrest braket

any1 kno where i can get a braket for an SIR armrest to fit properly in the hatch...can i get one from honda?

You need the rear bracket to hold the rear of the console down.
83446-S04-000ZZ BRACKET ASSY., RR. CONSOLE

i was looking @ ways to make a braket, and i noticed this:





is it possible that i already have the bracket needed?

I guess if you wanted you could modify that bracket to work somehow? But for under $15.00 that a new bracket is worth I couldnt be bothered If you look at the diagram you'll see the bracket you need,it's the part thats numbered 24

the one in the pic is one that was in my hatch already, if you try to use that it will be very frustrating, as it is short and there no where to put screws, so i just ended up getting one online

Did you buy one already modified? Or just a stock SiR bracket?

its stock, so it just bolts right in place of the old one in the picture

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com they have the armres bracket and they ship here...when you on the site click the first car (honda part catologue online) and then ur gna have to search the part number which is 83446-S04-000ZZ and then you check out and thats it.
