You'll have to re word this. There is no best speaker, because everyone has their own preferences and people hear differently etc.

But to me AVI's sound very natural and smooth. Ive never heard focal so I cant compare.

Can't remember exactly what my friends have paid for Focal, but expect over $700 for a component set.

I got a friend that works at 2001 audio and video, he can give you prices that you wouldn't find anywhere, brand new warranties and everything.

I got an amp - alpine 300watts for $180 tax in, the lowest price out there is $240 tax in. I blown the amp when I got it, and got it rebuild, so the warranty works, cause never paid a cents.

They could hook you up with what you want or show you somthing that is better. Ask for a demo, let them let you hear the speaks.

They do have competition equipments as well, that is their personal business, you have to talk to them privately about it. they have brands ranging from 500-4,000 watts subs, amps, not sure about speakers, but you can ask. Ever heard of a brand call "power acoustik fubr-12" its a sub, apparently I have not heard of them but they beat out all brand names. What I am saying is test out all the products before you pay, if someone makes a claim, always ask them to back it up no matter what. These subs are very. very heavy. Check out http://www.beyondaudio.ca.tc/

If you like it, then that is what they specialize in, if you don't then that is still great. They do have a demo ask to heard it first.

Remeber, these are competition speakers

I think the focals start at around $350 and can go all the way to $1000+

I would also take a look at Kaption...Canadian company so it's a little cheaper... $250-$450 i think...depending on size and model...
