yeah.. but i wanted the warranties...
the alarm is only warrantied if an "authorized dealer" of their product installs it

also life time warrantie on the installation.. but obviously cars dont last life time.. they make it sound good..
well sounded good to me lol

I used to work at Future Shop and got an Alpine alarm installed at Kennedy/Ellesmere and had no problems whatsoever, that was 9 years ago.

BTW if you really care about your car u should learn how to DIY and don't let fools like that touch your ride.

Also almost all garages' insurance will not cover accidents in work areas as it is an extremely high risk area, they do not want to be liable, some just enforce it while others do not.

FS gets a bad rap sometimes becaue a few of their locations mess up. In general though Ive heard FS is a good place to go, just depends on the crew they have in the install bay, but dont get the idea that all FS locations are crap, I know a few installers who work at FS and they do a great job and are very qualified.

BTW, if anyone ever needs any help installing decks, subs, amps, wiring, neons... basically anything electreical (except alarms) let me know, id be glad to help.

I have 6.5' for my car.. front and back.. uhh tweeters as a part of the pair in the front (Cerwin Vega IT-6.02) ... just wondering how hard it is to install speaker's?

also if I should change the wiring.. gauge that is.. I plan to run these speakers off my deck for now though, as I'm looking for a amp/sub combo for my car

The guys at futureshop at Highway 2 and Harwood In Ajax are good at what they do.. although I don't think they have an alarm installer there at the moment.

When I bought my deck they wanted to charge me $20 to have the deck installed.
I was like hell with that I'll do it myself. And as for the extended warranty they're not worth getting. Hardly anyone claims it.
