Getting rid of gum

Hii Civic People!!
When I bought my car, the little compartment under the inside door handle of the driver side door has a dried up gum in it. During the summer, when the weather is hot, the gum melted and I tried to pull it out, now the thing is messed, how can I remove it?? Thanks!

you can buy gum remover from CT, I used it on carpeting once, check the bottle to see what surfaces it is safe for.

It's the only way to get gum out! Come on, try it and tell us about it!

When you get gum on clothing, they say that you should rub ice on it to get it all hard to make removal easier. I guess you can try rubbing ice on it and then chipping it off!

holy ****, crappy tire even has gum remover LOL.

What's next, an evaporator to suck in my fart gases so I don't smell them when I fart in my car especially in the winter time with all of the windows up and the heater blasted

yup, ice might also work. All gum remover does is freeze it. BTW, don't spray that on yourself, its quite cold

Well, if you pee on it and warm it up, it must just slide off
