I own a 2001 civic Lx and am getting water in my car (passengers side) I already took out the whole interior, cleaned out the water and dried out the carpet and put everthing back in again (this was done in june when I bought the car). I thought some water just fell in so I just cleaned it up.

I had to do this all again in mid july when the passengers side carpet became wet again. I thought water might be getting in from the lower windsheild trim as it was not flush with the windshield (trim just sitting 1/4" from the windshield). I seald up the gap and thought "Problem fixed"

Now (August 7th), the passengers side carpet is wet yet again and I am out of ideas . The only thing I can come up with is that my A/C is some how leaking water in my car.

Please help me if you can with any ideas.

P.S: There's no holes in the bottom of the car

Is that happen only when it rain or when the AC is on? there might be A leak on your windsheild or the passenger door seal.
