Ok, so I have removed center consoles from crx’s before but for some reason, the shifter **** on this one just will not come out. It has a factory **** and if I am not mistaken is just a screw on/off unlike the allan key aftermarkets, however, no matter how hard I try the thing just will not budge. Any suggestions on how to remove this thing?

 

cut it

 

use a vise grip.
lock it on tight and use it for grip.
it should come off with no problem.

if it doesnt...
cut it or torch it

 

build some muscles wussy

 

vice grip and get your bigger freind or something to reaf on it
