my dad got one for his nano off ebay, it was like $15 or something, charges it as well....transmits via FM, not the best quality in the world, but acceptable.....

if you have a deck in your car it might be compatible with an ipod interface... little more expensive but better quality and you can control your IPod off the deck

You talking about the wireless fm transmitter? Or the ipod docking station with the fm transmitter. Either way most places have the ipod iTrip (Thats what its called).

its cheap and will work....

as others have said, if you can find a hard wire it in it would be better, but might not be possible with your deck...

If your stock deck has a CD changer connection, there are many companies that sell a kit to connect and control an Ipod directly from the deck.

Some new cars like my 06 also have an uax input to plug an Ipod or other MP3 player directly into it.

i picked one up for my uncle a couple months back. got him the wireless one from the source (circuit city). he hasnt called me yet to complain so i think its working well!

only down side is that it needs a battery but that way it can be hidden as opposed to being exposed. they also have the ones that plug in to the cig lighter but i picked him up the wireless one cuz i personally hate the wires and crap hanging around everywhere
