KCA-420i ///Alpine Ipod Adaptor

Hi,

I'm thinking about picking one of these up tonight ALPINE IPOD . Are they any good? I would prefer only repleys from people who have used it before.

Fyi: I have a CDA-9855 Deck. Also would these work on a CDA 7998 deck?

I'm thinking when I get into sound comps I'm going to use a CDA-7998 deck.

I have it, no complaints from me, I just bought the 9855 so im still getting used to it

Yeah I ended up picking one up from 2001 Audio & Video on Friday night. I figured if I don't like it I can always return it. Also I read through the manual and it doesn't support the CDA-7998 decks.

Now I just have to get longer cables to see about mounting this in my trunk.
