McGard Locks

I bought a set of these but for some reason the key doesn't fit in the tire iron =\ there are two pieces to put the lug nut and one for the lock nut....but neither fit...is this normal?? cause in order to put it on i'd need a bigger tire iron since it seems to be about 3mm off....my old key for a cheapo set fits in the tire iron honda gave...what gives?

did u buy tuner lugs?...they are designed to go into aftermarket rims which have smaller holes...so the key might be smaller...try using a socket set...

you're right, cause i had the same sit. i got those same lugnuts. and the size is definatly bigger, so i carry both the normal iron and the bigger one. it's a PITA, but daz life

i'm sure u can get a bigger iron at canadian tire or similar.
