Talking My Newest Addition

C's Type Adjustable Short Shifter...its pretty nice, adjustable for height, side to side, front to back and throws between shifts...the pivot point is its own bearing like the top of the line B&M units and its pretty damn trick lookin!

only time will tell how good she actually is, but the drive home from the mechanics was pretty smooth

bottom portion (bearing, pivot and linkage) is steel and the top adjustable portion is aluminum

Short Shifters shortens the length of the throw that it takes to change from one gear to another. This allows faster shifting.

However the short shifter that Cynikal has, not only can change the throw, but he can also change the shifter height (Which is also a plus).

Hope this helps. Why I put in the short shifter, it made a hell of a difference. Shifting took less effort(not that it did in the first place), and it was much shorter throws.
