need HELP problem with deck urgent

need HELP problem with deck urgent

Hey guys can anyone help me out please....i was trying to wire some LEDs in my car and i wired them to the Deck's harness since the wires were tap there.....but stupid me forgot to disconnect the battery before doing so

and when i was wiring a led wire to the "ground" wire (96 honda civic) there was a spark, paniced i took out the led wires and reconnected the deck....and it stoped working

the deck doesn't turn on anymore everything else is working but the deck....any idea what happend thanks

check the fuse.. to the lower left of the steering wheel... check the fuse box for the radio fuse it most probably blew .. get one at ct and change it

which one's the radio fuse?....does it say? and how would i beable to tell if its blown, or should i just go get a new one and replace.....thanks

put a multi meter across the terminals of the fuse to see if you have continuity.

There are two fuses in your car that work the radio one is in the car in the fuse box and one is in the engine compartment by the battery check both places.

also if these are both fine there should also be a fuse on the back of the deck itself (check it also).

and if all fuses are fine, you said you wired the deck back up? did you have the power wire off the deck? if you did you just need to press the source button to turn the deck back on. some decks after haveing any power attached to it will need to be turned back on.
