I was wondering if you guys can help me decide which pager alarm I should get. Everyone hear is talking about the compustar alarm, but what about vipers 790xv, or any other from directed technologies(company that owns viper, python, clifford, etc.) Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Considering that the Compustar is the original, and the only one to win the CES award for Best Innovations 2 years in a row........also the remote looks waaaaay better than the Viper. Also, the buttons on th DEI remote are located in a way that would make it very easy to accidently push a button if you put the keys in your pocket. Stupid design if you ask me.

Compustar has been in the 2way alarm/starter business for around 5 years now. DEI 's entrance into the 2way market is less than a year old or so.

Go look at both of them up close. Then look at the options that each of them have.....then you decide. I know which one I would pick.
