alright, i know pyramid has a bad rep, but i was at the flea market and i saw these component speakers 6 1/2" CK657.. they say 400 watts rate power.. and they were only $70 canadian so i took the risk. are these any good? or should i try to return them or sell them to someone else? i wanna hear what u guys have to say before i waste time installing them.

They may be better than stock speakers, but that is it. I don't know what scale Pyramid uses for power ratings but they are always way off.
Try them out, If you are happy with them keep them. If not don't tell anyone and try to get rid of them.

It all depends on if they are the AUTHENTIC pyramids.
Cuz Pyramids used to be a very good company but then there came out duplicates and imitations into the market therefore causing the company a bad name.

Install them and check them out and if you dont like it put it in the box and return it

I dont think you will get 400 watts of a 6 1/2 pyramid but no matter is better then stock.

i got rid of em yesterday... had to exchange them though, no refund policy. not too much selection so i picked up some 3 1/2" Infinity's... i'm gonna order a component set (of 6 1/2's or 6) on the net sometime, cuz the stores i've been to don't have much selection.
