Steering Wheel hubs

Are their any Steering Wheel Hubs that can accommodate the cable reel on a 2000 Civic SiR?

what do you mean by "cable reel" ?

Well... Another name for it is the clock wheel. This thing that goes behind the stock steering wheel and allows the wires to turn in the direction of the steering wheel.

well what would you need it for .. on an after market wheel there ussually is no need to run wires to it unless it's the horn but in that case you just leave some slack in the wire
