What glue to use to bind vinyl to plastic

What glue to use to bind vinyl to plastic
One of my interior door panels needs to have a bit of the panel reglued to the door. What glue should I use?

I personally used Caulking (sp?) to hold my panels together on my door panel. It's been holding perfect for 1 and 1/2 months and counting.
They sell Vinly Glue at most stores such as Home Depot which bonds to plastic. Comes in spray cans like paint. I only use that to hold the vinly in place.
