Hi there, this is my first time posting in this forum and I'm very suprised as to the size and amount of info on it. I'm usually surfing maxima.org, probetalk, or the passat forums.

This weekend I'm installing a JVC KD-SH77 headunit in my friends '99 Civic EX 4door. I have absolutely no experience with Honda's so I am not sure what I need for the install. Can someone tell me what kind of wire harness I need for it as well as if I need an antenna adaptor. If there is a certain model number for the wire harnesses can someone tell me. Thanks so much,

Go to Canadian Tire or Walmart.

Car Audio dept /Automotive dept

Look in the wiring harness book for your model and year...

Buy the one the book recommends....

WARNING: Civic harnesses go fast so if you find one buy it...

Thanks so much for the help. I was going to go down to a audio dealer but Wallmart or Canadian Tire should be much cheaper. I'll give it a look today.
