You guys need to leave him feedback on his page so all members see the great job he does!

I was at his shop saturday.. This is not the first time I have dealt with Igor @ Krown Lakeshore and certainly will not be my last. Today I dropped off my vehicle and he tinted it up and installed a viper remote starter & alarm. These guys are super professional and have a beautiful clean shop. No BS, no foul language (had my kids with me) these guys are the real deal! Will certainly do business again with them. Pleasure having them as a site sponsor!

Ton1c beat me to it: IF YOU USED HIS SERVICE AS ADVERTISED SUBMIT SOME FEED BACK!

Igor, you're the man!
Booked my alarm install (Viper 5901) and was able, a few days later, to book my Undercoating too. Everything was done perfectly! Furthermore, since you're reading this and all the positive feedback, you'd damn well be getting your under coating here, and Since you're getting here, get the guys working on your car some coffee and donuts! There's a Tim's 5 minutes to the right when you leave the shop.

Big up's Igor, was great to kick it with someone that's oldskewl.
You'll let me know if Eclipse makes it come back, right? Laugh

Long time lurker, first time poster. I just thought I'd share my experience with Krown Lakeshore today.

*Disclaimer: it was Saturday and appeared to be very busy, but yes I did have an appointment*

I chose Lakeshore because of the amazing feedback here and the discount that they give to members of this forum. I had two Krown places closer to me that I passed on my way to Lakeshore, but because of the feedback, I wanted to make the trip out.

The whole process took ~1.5hrs which is fine (although I wish there was a Timmy's somewhere, maybe there was I'm not from around there )

Everything went smooth, the people were friendly, all was great. I'll assume they did a good job on the application stuff (I have no idea, this is the first time I've had anything done with Krown).

I was slightly disappointed that the "car wash" was really just a "push around dirt on the car and manage to get off 95% of the junk we put on" I think my car actually came out looking dirtier.

My other disappointment was the mud I found not only on my floor mats but on the cloth interior as well.

I'll go back to them next year as I'm assuming I just caught them on a bad day, but it was kind of annoying leaving there knowing that I need to now clean both the outside and inside of my vehicle.

You'll get a lot of spray/oil when you drive. Comes from dripping, My car looked hot, but by the time I was home he looked he's been underlined with clear grease.

No much Krown can do about it. Sucks about the interior. I went to a local FireStone and had Black Grease ALL over my driver side mat. Also, my engine blew up about a month later... Damn you FireStone!!!

I think the floor mat thing just happens sometimes. When you do something a million times, one thing out of the norm screws up your whole routine.

Ya my car didn't look hot when it came out

The dirt on the cloth interior came off easy, and I'll have to swing by the local DIY wash station, but I'm sure the mat will clean up fine. No biggie, just a bit annoying.

if one of our guys left marks on your interior, that is not acceptable, give me a call, and we will do a quick clean for your entire interior.
as for the exterior car wash,
please note, our car wash after rust proofing is done out of courtesy and is mostly aimed to clean up your windows so atleast you can see properly after your next car wash.
we do not do a detail exterior car wash after rust proofing.
i apologize on behalf of all of us here.
thank you that you are choosing us to come back again next year.
please advice us at that point that you would like a good exterior car wash, and we will have it done for you.
p.s.
the busiest timmys in canada is only 1 min walk from us.
cheers,

It's been a while igor, I'm sending you a yellow m3 for rust proofing. He's using my good name for the discount with my permission. I know you will take care of him like you've always taken care of my family and friends.

BRILLIANT, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I have a sports car, and i don't drive it in the winter, but i've decided to protect it anyways. Very happy with investment. Thanks to KrownLakeshore team, and Bobby especially, who was friendly and helpful.
