Parking in Japan

This is a very clever way for all people that are too cheap to pay for meter parking. When the driver pulls into the parking spot, the bar will raise up under the car and prevents the owner from removing the car until the parking meter is paid.

id carry small ramps with me.... just put them under... ride over... get out and put them back in the car... easy as 1, 2, free parking... lol
