i duno but it seems like there are alot more useless contractors in canada as england no wals are streight and u are allways haveing leaks and ****


this is an egsample i have found in the house that i baught


i was nocking out the basement floar 2 put a new drains in 4 a bathroom in installing and i see allittle dampness line in a small aeria of the wall






so i dug towards the hole 4 allitting investigating and this is what i found






do i hear u say that looks like weeping time joind together with duckt work pipeing






wel what do u know it ****ing is duck pipe



i could half get it if it actualy joined into the other half of the weeping time but no it just pointed in the general direction there was a 3 inch gap and an angle between them






so whilst im in there i may aswell fix that bul****

but be prepared to spend 120,000 cuz he is going to want to tear down the WHOLE basement, insulate the outside of the house, make it waterproof, lay new concrete, waterproof the whole basement, and just stud the basement and rough in a bathroom....
