difficulties garages face with lowered cars (pics)

Heres a pic from my dads shop today. its a nice civic, lowered on koni yellows. Lowest car ive ever seen really, the tires were REALLY tucking and there liek 15's or 14's stock rims. After we got it up on the hoist the moveable hoist bars were touching so the car had to be taken out...so the guy took it somewhere else i guess. Funny thing.. when he was leaving i looked inside it said "Toronto Police services" same tag undercover cops have located at bottom of the dash....

My car is a little low to be put on the lifts too. My mechanic has to lift one side of the car with his hands and place the bars underneth, then repeat the same on the other side.

that def looks hella low... maybe it is an undercover car? either way i'm surprised a car that low hasn't gotten a ticket, many ppl have been hassled for drops that weren't that low...

maybe he really is undercover?

is that a ramp style hoist?
what i did when my car was lower was drive it in, jack up the front... swing the hoist bars in, then again in the back... took forever and now i realize why i dont like extra low cars anymore!!!

That's cool if it is an undercover vehicle.

I doubt it is actually undercover though, don't the police have their own garages to go to?
Anyways, slammed EK coupes look sick. I saw this one on another site a little while ago:

now thats slammed... that sir or sir lookalike in the top pic has nothing on this one... hahaha, it looks ugly though IMO... too low... not practical... i am sitting like 3"-3 1/2"... pretty low... my back tires and front tires are just tucked past the tread more or less... looks sick on an ek hatch though. i just don't go anywhere with speedbumps, or try to avoid them anyway!
