Hahaha! Shaq's doing it again. This time in Arizona.
For those who haven't heard of this before. Shaquille O'Neil had been volunteering as an Auxiliary Officer for some time now while he was in Miami. Now, he wants to join the Tempe Police Department as a volunteer.
