yEAH....Its a EVO 8...that was a typo.
My question is....why cant Canada get this car? If its there in the US, why not here? We have the WRX STI which has similar genes..no?
I asked this question with the Mitsubishi folks at the auto show (they had their VP Sales there) and he said...they are working on it. I dont know it was bull or he really did mean it.

Evo 8 doesn't pass Canadian regulations or something to that effect, so they cannot sell them here. I believe the next gen will be availabe in Canada. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but something to do with the bumpers? And Mitsubishi was not going to revamp the car for one country.

The front bumper on the Evo8 doesn't stand up to the 5mph crash test for Canada. Thus they don't bring it over. That amount of housepower is unreal. Probably close to 40lbs of boost, wow. Great for gas mileage.
