Some turns were nice, good control.

First thing first, you need to know which direction your steering wheel is pointing to. A colour tape at 12 o'clock will help you.
Regardless of hand brake or rear tires toe-in setting (or over inflated tires), when you make a right (for instance) and the rear swings out to the left, you need to dail your steering wheel to the left quickly and when the colour tape is at 12 o'clock, you know the wheels are pointing straight. So you need to turn the same degree, except to the left so your wheels will be pointing at the road, not the curb. While you are at this, no braking, you need to keep throttle pressed with good control so tires can have traction while making the corner.
So in essense, you come into a corner, and you turn your wheel to one direction, then you turn the opposite way twice, depending on how far out your rear end is.
Practice it in snow, with speed as low as 40km, make an easy right and let the rear end step out, try it then. Do it when it is safe with no cars around. This is helpful because in case your car does spin out, you know how to control it and get it back in a straight line. This pass winter, my car has slided a couple times and I managed to get it back straight. Cause if you panic, and do full lock to full lock, that's when the car loses it and go off the course. I have experienced that twice. First time I came out fine, the second time I ended up on the grass patch, facing on coming traffic on 427 South.
I am not telling you to drift, but to control the car when it begins to lose control.
