On behalf of the editing team here at Photography Laureates, we would like to congratulate you for being selected for publication as part of our highly acclaimed photography anthology. As such, you are a finalist for the $6500 prize. As a laureate and talented photographer, you will have access to several networking opportunities aimed at exposing you to the photography community.
Your photograph was selected out of hundreds of competing entries and you will be published along with other talented photographers. Kyrta Reeve and John Warton, our 2 editors, have reviewed your photograph The Light House and have selected it for its asymmetric composition and light mix used throughout:

Our own photography anthologies are 9 1/2" X 11 and are made of high quality, bounded paper with a 12 point high quality laminated cover. Anthologies have over 375 pages of leading photographs from selected laureates and professional illustrations as well as several sections of photography techniques written by leading experts. They make terrific coffee table books and great gifts to friends and family! Of course, your work will be published in this anthology along with your name.

After a year or so without my Nikon, I finally got it back. While I have 10 + years in using Photoshop on a daily basis, using the camera is my ultimate draw back. Hopefully I'll gain some insight and have an easier work flow in Photoshop when I get projects involving photo's.

So I am new to photography, and my Camera got stolen a few days ago. 
So im in the market for a new one, I am thinking of upgrading to the SLR.
Here are a few of my shots, I have about 40 pictures that I like so I will post more later.
