i just bought a 99 HB CX and it didn't come with power handle.
and i was wondering whether CXs are not supposed to include power handle or all the EK HB didn't come with ppower handle?
how much would it be cost if i change to power. the used parts and labour?
any inputs would be very appreciated.

I have a 00 HB CX. CX's are the lowest model. They come Power nothing. I say not worth converting to power steering. You just start to get used to it.

it shouldn't be that expensive to do if you find the parts used

You need PS steering rack, pump, belt and reservoir. You may need a new accessory pully.

DX comes with power steering, not CX.
