you wont notice much of a difference at all.

get a proper suspension setup to stiffen the ride up..aftermarket lowering springs/shocks control arms ect.

get a rear sway bar if your EF doesn't come with one stock or get a larger aftermarket one (if offered for your model year)

As said above, strut bars will not demonstrate a lot of stiffness in your chassis. I would personally look into front & rear sway bars as more of a noticible and effective suspension upgrade, then followed by replacing all bushings.

dx hatch or dx sedan???

if hatch, then additional bracing in back WILL improve chassis rigidity, despite what the rest of the ppl said.

that being said, that's assuming the rest of your suspension is in great shape... if the rest of your suspension is sloppy, then chassis improvements won't help you at all.

i have an eg hatch and I found that the front upper and rear lower realy made a change. The front lower and rear uppers didn't do as much. I later swithched my front lower two point with an "H" brace that attaches both at the control arms and to the back of the front sub frame. it would have been noticable over nothing but only slightly better than what I already had. then I added an ITR rear sway bar along with the mods needed to do this. HUGE difference, but a bit of a tendanccy to oversteer. ITR front sway, now my car is balanced way better and handles like a cat on a carpet. Tire selection can play a big part too. people think a low pro tire will handle better cuz there's less give to the side wall, but if that's true then why do formula one cars tires still have big sidewalls. I've had 205/40/17's and they handled about as good as my stock 185/60/14's the car came with. I run 205/50/15's and they made a world od difference. this i a popular size for autoX so that's why I tried it. upgrade your bushings from OEM to poly on anything you can suspension wise it'll noticable help aswell, but can be a pricey/frusterating job, but worht it IMO
