about turn signal lights and parking lights...

first I have halo projectors...2001 civic...

Is it ok to drive wit your parking lights on during the day (legality wise)...because I have my halo tapped in to the parking light so I'd like to have it on when Im driving during the day...I know you're not allowed to drive with just your parking lights on during the night (obviously)...so Im wondering if its the same during the day...

and the other questions which concerns me more...interms of the turn signal bulb does it have to be illuminated by itself when not being used??? Because I wanna connect them so that they only turn on completely when signaling....thanx

parking lights are fine during the day...turn signal bulb dont have to be illuminated when not in use

Parking lights are perfectly ok during the day time... hell you could drive with your full headlight system on during the day if you want!

All the HTA states is that your lights have to be on after dusk.
