Unhappy Got caught doing 154km/h on 401.... Please help!

Hello, i got caught doing 154km/h on the way from ottawa to toronto on 401.... stupid me... i saw a car behind me so i slowed down to 120km/h slowly and changed to the right lane to let it go pass me... but it just kept following me at my speed so i eventually lost my patience and speed up to 154km/h and changed back to left lane at the same time...... seconds later... i saw a flashing red light behind me..... so i pulled over and the cop asked me if i knew how fast i was going. i said "no" and my reason for speeding is "getting very tired (it's 12:20am) and i just want to get to toronto quicker..." not a very good reason.. so he ended up giving me a ticket for doing 149km/h in a posted 100km/h zone... it's $359.00 with tax:fustrated .... i have a G2 licence right now and i'm just 18... only got 1 speeding ticket so far for doing 73km/h in 40 zone(but he only gave me one for doing 55km/h... so i only have to pay $54 with tax with no points deduction... nice cop.... ) so will my insurance rate increase by a lot? or is there any chance of me getting the charge dropped or lowered? Please help!!!!
