ticket help

I got 2 tickets last year...1 for 15 km above 52.50 fine payable, and no points and the second is for unnecesary noise. I have a reciept stating i have fixed the problem....Now, if i go to court, i can get the loud exhaust dropped, and how do i reduce or get rid of my speeding ticket...what can i say
