Civic Fuel filler neck

Im looking for a fuel filler neck for a 95 civic in good shape. Mine is rotted and leaking gas when I fuel up. Dealer want about $170 which is a little much for me right now. Anyone in Oshawa area that has one please email me a price and location. I need this ASAP.
