In the next month or two I will be looking to by a car just to get me around for work, shopping and just going out.

I am looking for something under $2000 that is preferably 2 doors and a hatchback. I would prefer one that is ready to drive with minimal work that needs to be done.

Also, would prefer something fairly stock although I am open to having some basic modifications like intake, lowered, and exhaust.
