from my understanding there is NO obd1 dohc zc ecu in existance.
The only correct ecu for that engine would be the PM7 and its obd0. Converting down to obd0 would be silly IMO (and a step in the wrong direction).
What I would do is take your stock 94 civic ecu and have it chipped, then run a DOHC ZC program on the chip.
PM me if you would like to have your OBD1 ecu chipped.
